Michael Lawhorn
Deacon of Facilities and Grounds
Michael grew up in southern middle Tennessee. He was married to Amber in March of 1997. Together they have three grown children Marina, Austin, and Isabelle. Michael attended several churches inconsistently throughout the years.
Graciously, the Lord used Paul Washer’s sermons to draw Michaelby conviction of his sin and examination of his life based on the bible. He has experienced ongoing repentance and a heart that loves the Lord. Michael and Amber joined CCBC in November of 2021.
Michael works as an anesthetist in the labor and delivery department at Mercy hospital in Fort Smith. He and Amber have a small farm in Barling. They enjoy working on it and marveling at the wondrous systems the Lord has created. Michael also enjoys spending time outdoors, kayaking, and hiking.
