Service Teams
Chaffee Crossing Baptist Church service teams exist to meet the physical and practical needs of the church body. There are a range of opportunities for members of the church to use their time and talents to support the ministry of the Word and the overall mission of the church – to make disciples of Jesus Christ our Lord. Members are encouraged to pray about how to serve and in which ministry they might best be utilized.
Matthew 28:18-20
Children’s Ministry
CCBC Kids seeks to come alongside parents in teaching our children God’s Word. Preschool ministry volunteers serve during Sunday morning and evening services by caring for children in the infant/toddler room and the class for ages three to five. Preschool childcare is also offered during the Wednesday evening Equipping Hour.
Ministry volunteers may also help with the Kids Equipping Hour for youth in grades Kindergarten through sixth. These leaders help teach curriculum that emphasizes Biblical doctrines and teaches students the value of Scripture memorization and application.
CCBC Kids Ministry volunteers are required to undergo special child protection training. Only CCBC members are allowed to serve as volunteers. For more information about CCBC Kids, please refer to the CCBC Child Protection Policy.
